A memorandum of understanding was signed between the Municipality of Kahak and the Electricity Distribution Company of Qom Province with the aim of completely reforming and renovating street lighting and organizing the power distribution network bases. According to the report of the Public Relations Department of the Islamic Council and the Municipality of Kahak, the signing of the memorandum of understanding between the Municipality of Kahak and the Electricity Distribution Company of Qom Province took place on Sunday, December 16, 1404, in the meeting hall of the Islamic City Council, and this agreement was concluded in the presence of Engineer Omid Rafiei, CEO of the Electricity Distribution Company of Qom Province, and Engineer Reza Shekari, Mayor of Kahak. Based on this memorandum and with the aim of improving the quality of urban lighting, increasing the safety of streets and improving the urban landscape, it was decided to completely reform the street lighting system of the city of Kahak, update the street lighting network equipment and collect the disturbing power distribution network bases in the streets, as part of a joint operational plan. Also, the managers of the two companies emphasized the need for continuous cooperation to develop urban services and improve the welfare of citizens.
